Regular Cleaning
- Regular cleaning is what most people do on a daily or weekly basis. Deep cleaning is normally carried out every 6 months to a year. Regular cleaning maintains a good level of cleanliness the house.
Move In / Move Out Cleaning
- A standard move out clean includes thoroughly cleaning every part of the space. Deep cleaning is also required in some areas, like cabinets and drawers, countertops, and appliances. Heavy traffic surface areas in your kitchen and bathrooms will be sanitized.
Deep Cleaning

Cancellation Policy
Regular, Deep, and Special Cleanings:
Cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a 50% fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of scheduled cleaning will be charged 50% of the cleaning service cost.
Weekly, Bi-Weekly, and Tri-Weekly Services:
Cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a 50% fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, and tri-weekly cleaning services will be charged 50% of the cleaning service cost.
Postponements and rescheduling made within 24 hours will be charged an increased rate for the next scheduled cleaning service.
We reserve the right to increase the rates for weekly, bi-weekly, and tri-weekly services at our discretion for rescheduling and postponements.
